乌药总生物碱抗炎镇痛效果研究

摘　　要：用索氏法氨水-氯仿提取得到乌药[Lindera aggregata(Sims)Kosterm]总生物碱,采用p-二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和角叉菜胶致后足跖肿胀法、小鼠热板法和乙酸致小鼠扭体法等方法来评估乌药总生物碱的抗炎镇痛效果。结果表明,乌药总生物碱有缓解p-二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及角叉菜胶致后足跖肿胀的效果,能显著减少小鼠在热板上舔后足的次数和减少乙酸致小鼠扭体的次数,镇痛效果显著。The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total alkaloids extracted by Soxhlet method with the ammonia and chloroform as the solvent,were observed by p-xylene-induced mice ear swelling method,carrageenan-induced paw swelling method,hot plate method and aceti cacid writhing method in mice. Results showed that,the total alkaloids from Lindera Radix could obviously relieve mice ear swelling and carrageenan-induced paw swelling,significantly reduce the number of the mice licking hind and decrease mice acid-induced writhing times. The analgesic effect of Linderae Radix was remarkable.
