摘 要:2012~2014年以5个烤烟品种(系)及其组配的10个杂交组合为材料,分析烤烟亲本间的主要化学成分杂种优势及其配合力,探讨高优势组合的遗传基础。结果表明,总糖、还原糖、钾和氯离子含量中亲本优势明显,组合间差异较大;烤烟化学成分主要由基因型决定,亲本遗传能力强,受环境影响较小;两糖含量、总氮和烟碱含量可以在世代早期进行选择;钾离子含量可以在世代晚期进行选择;氯离子含量可以利用选育定性品种或利用杂种优势对其进行改良。根据河南烟区增糖、增钾、降低烟碱和氯离子含量的育种目标,秦烟96作为亲本能较好的改良后代化学成分含量,其次为664-01和中烟100。In this research, heterosis and combining ability were determined using five key parental materials, as well as their10 F1 diallel crosses in 2012-2014, and relationships between F1 performance and its pedigree-based were investigated. The results showed that there were heterobeltiosis in chemical component indexes(total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium and chlorine) among parents. The combination had obviously difference. The main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco is mainly determined by the genotype and less affected by the environment. The sugar content, total nitrogen and nicotine contents can be selected in early generation, while the potassium content can be selected in the late generation. The chloride content can use qualitative varieties or breeding improving the utilization of heterosis. The breeding goal of Henan tobacco growing areas is to increase sugar, potassium, nicotine and decrease the content of chlorine. Qinyan 96 as parent offspring could improve the chemical composition content better, followed by 664-01 and Zhongyan 100.
