摘　　要：目前高校普遍存在着由于信息不对称导致的诸如有岗无人、有人无岗、无业可就和有业不就等"就业难"问题,信息不对称的存在对高校就业专业、就业结构、就业资源配置与就业质量等诸方面产生了深刻影响。通过研究分析高校"就业难"的信息不对称现象、表现与原因,提出信息不对称对高校就业的启示。At present, ＂employment difficulty＂ problems such as posts without employees, employees without posts are widespread phenomena due to asymmetric information. And asymmetric information exerted a profound impact on all aspects of the professional employment, employment structure, resource allocation of employment and the quality of employment, etc. This paper puts forward the revelation of information asymmetry to the employment of students of universities through studying and analyzing the role information asymmetry plays in ＂employment difficulty＂ in universities.
