摘　　要：由于该住宅项目的基坑深度较大,场地较为狭小,与周边环境、管线的关系复杂,导致施工难度增大。施工时在结合自身工程实际的情况下,探索搅拌桩与钻孔灌注桩组合的基坑围护施工方案,能够较好满足要求。The foundation of the residential projects is deep, and the Construction site is narrow. It is surrounded by some roads and pipelines, so it＇s difficult to construct. This article combines the facts of the project, and puts forward a new construction plan called mixing piles and cast-in place pile composite foundation enclosure. This construction plan can meet the needs of construction.
