摘  要:多功能综合射频系统是基于共用的电子平台,将雷达、电子战或通信等多种功能集成日益成为一种发展趋势。作为多功能综合射频系统的关键,综合射频前端的发展受到世界各国的广泛重视。从介绍多功能综合射频系统的发展情况和体系架构出发,结合实际应用和工程实现,分析了综合射频前端的概念和实现,并在此基础上重点探讨了射频孔径综合和射频通道综合这两种方式,阐述了工程可行的设计案例。Multifunction integrated RF system (MFIRFS) is the integration of many sorts of functions, including radars, communications and electronic warfare, on a common electronic platform, which is becoming a trend. Being crucial to MFIRFS, the development of integrated RF front end attracts increasing attentions. This paper starts with the introduction to the development and architecture of MFIRFS. Then, the paper analyzes the concept and realization of integrated RF front end, combined with practical application and engineering implementation. On that basis, the article places the emphasis on RF aperture integration and RF channel integration, followed by design examples feasible in engineering.
