摘  要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、数理统计法等方法,结合教学实践,围绕终身体育的指导思想,以提高学生身体健康水平为目标,构建了以知识技能、身体机能、身体形态、身体素质、学习态度、自评互评、竞赛成绩为主体的学习评价体系,通过实践来验证学习评价体系的效果。实践证明,新的评价体系更适合学生,能够全面考察学生,促进学生技能水平和身体健康水平的提高,满足公共体育课教学的需求。The paper adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics method and other methods,combining with teaching practice,under the guidance of lifetime sports and taking improving students' physical health as the goal,to build learning evaluation system that includes knowledge,body function,body shape,physical qualities,learning attitude,self-evaluation and mutual-evaluation and competition scores. The effect of learning evaluation system is verified through practice. Practice proved that the new evaluation system is more suitable for students,it can examine students in an all-round way,promote students' skill and raise the level of physical fitness to meet the needs of public physical education class teaching.
