摘 要:为了比较云南烟叶主栽品种7项有害成分释放量的差异,选择3个主栽品种红大、K326和云87,分别对同产区不同品种、不同产区相同品种、同产区不同部位不同品种的烟叶原料之间7项有害成分释放量、单料烟危害性评价指数(H)、单位焦油里有害成分释放量及H指数进行了分析。结果显示,1同产区不同品种的差异较大,红大品种的N-亚硝胺、氨、苯酚释放量及单料烟危害性评价指数H均最低,单位焦油里H指数均表现为红大>云87>K326。2不同产区相同品种的规律有所不同,红大、K326及云87的H指数较低的产区分别为曲靖、昆明和红河,而单位焦油里H指数较低的产区分别为红河、昆明、昆明。3同产区烟株不同部位烟叶不同品种的H指数均表现为云87>K326>红大;单位焦油里单料烟危害性评价指数H均表现为K326>云87>红大。Tobacco leaves of different varieties(Hongda, K326, Yun 87) were selected to evaluate their differences on seven harmful components and hazard index in mainstream cigarette smoke. The results showed that,①For tobacco leaves with different varieties in same growing area, NNK, NH3, phenol and hazard index was the lowest in Hongda; the hazard index(per tar) ordered as Hongda〉Yun 87K〉326. ②For tobacco leaves of same varieties in different growing area, the area with the lowest hazard index for Hongda, K326 and Yun87 was Qujing, Kunming and Honghe, respectively; the corresponding area with the lowest hazard index per ta was Honghe, Kunming and Kunming, respectively. ③For tobacco leaves of different varieties from different stalk positions, the order of hazard index and hazard index per tar were Yun87〉K326〉Hongda and K326〉Yun87〉Hongda respectively.
