摘 要:2015年随机抽取湖北省17个地区704份蔬菜样品,包括豆类、瓜菜类、鳞茎类、茄果类、叶菜类、芸薹属类以及根茎类和薯芋类7大类蔬菜样品,采用气相色谱法,测定蔬菜中18种有机磷农药残留。结果表明,有机磷农药残留检出样品28份,检出率为4.0%,其中检出超标样品1份,超标率为0.14%;各类蔬菜中有机磷农药残留检出率依次为鳞茎类>芸薹属类>豆类>叶菜类>茄果类>瓜菜类>根茎类和薯芋类;各有机磷农药在蔬菜样品残留检出率依次为毒死蜱>乐果>丙溴磷>三唑磷>乙酰甲胺磷=甲胺磷=氧乐果=水胺硫磷,其中毒死蜱检出超标1次,禁用农药甲胺磷检出1次。Vegetable samples from seventeen cities of Hubei province in 2015 were selected,including seven hundred and four samples,which covered beans,melons,bulbs,solanaceous,leaves,brassicas and rhizome vegetables. Eighteen organophosphorus pesticidesresidueseswere detected among those samples by GC. The resuhs demonstrated that the residueses were found in twenty eight samples and the detection rate was 4.0% ;the residue contents in one sample were over the MRLs,and the detection rate was 0.14%. The detection rates of vegetables were bulbs〉brassicas〉beans〉leaves〉solanaceous〉melons〉rhizome vegetables. The detection rates of organophosphorus pesticides were dursban 〉rogor〉profenofos 〉triazophos 〉acephate〉methamidophos 〉 omethoate〉isocarbophos. The contents of dursban were over the MRLs once,and the forbidden pesticide methamidophos was found once.
