旅游视角下的海南生态文明建设研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设是当前中国社会发展的重要战略目标,结合区域特点建立客观、科学的评价体系,有利于根据评价结果指导生态文明建设。以旅游大省海南为例,综合运用因子分析法、潜能值和满意度研究,从旅游视角出发选取25个指标构建游客评价体系,评价海南生态文明建设。结果表明,游客普遍认同海南生态文明建设成果,对景区等部分生态设施满意度高;城市生态建设和资源可持续发展模式对游客在海南的旅游体验影响大;节能、环保和技术创新运用方面尚有较大改善潜能。根据研究结果提出建议:1调动公众参与积极性;2加强景区管理,合理开发,永续利用;3改善城市与景区卫生环境,扩大城市绿化面积;4加大环境执法力度,高效率利用可再生资源,支持和鼓励生态产业。Construction of ecological civilization is an important strategic goal in the current development of China＇s society.Establishment of an objective, scientific evaluation system combined with regional characteristics should be benefit for guiding the construction of ecological civilization based on evaluation results. Taking the tourism province Hainan for instance, through comprehensive application of factor analysis and potential satisfaction, 25 indicators were selected from the tourism perspective to build a ecological civilization tourists evaluation system, to evaluate Hainan ecological civilization. The results showed that, most of tourists could identify with the Hainan ecological civilization construction and speak highly on scenic spots and partial ecological facilities. Urban ecological construction and the model of resources sustainable development ha d large impact on tourists＇ tourism experience in Hainan. There was greater improvement potential for energy-saving, environmental protection and technological innovative use. Accordingly the recommendations were put forward as follow ing： ①Mobilizing the enthusiasm of public participation; ②Strengthening the management of scenic spots, to develop rationally and utilize sustainably; ③Improving the sanitary environment of urban and scenic spots, expanding urban green area; ④Strengthening environmental law enforcement, to utilize renewable resources high efficiently and encourage eco-industries.
