消糜阴道泡腾片对霉菌性阴道炎模型兔阴道脱落细胞及组织病理改变的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消糜阴道泡腾片对霉菌性阴道炎模型兔阴道脱落细胞及阴道组织病理改变的影响。方法:将雌性家兔随机分为空白对照组、模型组、消糜阴道泡腾片高、中、低剂量组、克霉唑栓组。除空白对照组外,其余各组家兔建立霉菌性阴道炎模型,造模成功后给药,末次给药后取阴道分泌物涂片及钳取阴道黏膜组织HE染色切片病理镜检,观察阴道脱落细胞及阴道组织的病理变化。结果:消糜阴道泡腾片高、中、低剂量组家兔阴道分泌物不同程度减少,阴道脱落细胞病理镜下观察念珠菌减少或消失,阴道组织病理活检间质炎症反应减轻或消失。结论:消糜阴道泡腾片对家兔霉菌性阴道炎具有显著的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the influence of Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablet on change of cell and tissue pathology of rabbit model with vaginal fungal vaginitis. Methods： The female rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, fire Xiaomi Vagina Effervescent Tablet groups （high, medium and low dose） and clotrimazole group. Except the blank control group, the rabbits in other groups were established the model of fungal vaginitis; the vaginal secretion smear and forceps were taken after the last administration of the drug, and the HE stained sections were stained for pathological examination, to observe the pathological changes of vaginal shedding cells and vaginal tissues before and after treatment. Results： In Xiaomi vagina effer- vescent tablet groups （high, medium and low dose）, the rabbit vaginal secretion decreased in different degree; the decrease or disappearance of Candida albicans was observed under the microscope, vaginal tissue biopsy of the interstitial inflammatory response to reduce or disappear. Conclusion： Xiaomi vagina effervescent tablets showed remarkable curative effect on fungal vaginitis in rabbits.
