摘 要:准噶尔盆地南缘地区具有广阔的勘探前景,该地区钻井复杂事故多,导致钻井速度下降、钻井周期长。主要地质原因在于安集海河组地层岩性以泥岩为主,水敏性极强,易发生泥岩水化膨胀、分散而造成井眼缩径、井壁垮塌。为了提高南缘地区钻井速度,加快勘探开发进程,针对上述钻井难点,结合南缘地区地质资料及已完钻井的资料,对该地区钻井液技术进行了研究。根据安集海河组地层特点,室内对现场使用的PRT钻井液体系和有机盐钻井液体系进行了评价,优选出具有现有2种钻井液体系优点的高密度PRT-有机盐钻井液体系配方,并对该体系的抑制性、封堵性和抗污染性进行了评价。结果表明,该钻井液体系能很好地满足钻井工程的需要。将该新的钻井液体系在现场进行了应用,使用效果良好,其中A5井?311.1mm井段较邻井平均机械钻速提高22%,钻井周期缩短4d。There existed wide prospect of oil exploitation in the south margin of the Junggar Basin,where complex drilling accidents,low drilling velocity and long drilling cycle were often induced.The major geologic causes included that in Anjihaihe Formation,lithology was dominated by mudstone with extremely strong water sensitivity,hydration expansion and dispersal in mudstone were easily induced,which would cause hole undergauging and well borehole collapse.In order to improve the drilling speed and accelerate the process of exploration and development in the southern edge of Junggar Basin,aimed at the difficulties of well drilling and combined with geological and drilled data in the southern margin,the drilling fluid technology in the area was studied.Based on the formation characteristics in Anjihehai Formation,the PRT and organic salt drilling fluids were evaluated in laboratory,the formulae of 2kinds of PRT-organic salt drilling fluids with high density were chosen,its inhibition,sealing ability and pollution resistance were evaluated,the result indicated that the drilling fluid system can well meet the demands of well drilling.The new drilling fluid system is put into field application,good application effect is obtained,the average penetration rate is raised for 22% at?311.1mm in Well A5 compared with adjacent wells,while the drilling interval is shortened for 4d.
