摘 要:目的:在不同的实验条件下提取仙草总皂苷,得到最佳提取条件。方法:采用乙醇浸泡的条件下,以超声波辅助提取仙草总皂苷,通过单因素实验对仙草总皂苷的提取时间、溶剂浓度、提取温度、料液比等因素的探究,正交试验优选最佳提取工艺,利用分光光度法测定仙草中总皂苷的含量。结果:最优提取条件经过实验结果分析确定为超声时间40min、乙醇浓度70%、提取温度40℃、料液比1:25,8.48%是在此条件下所达到的提取率。结论:实验所确定的最佳条件可以提高效率,节约成本,操作方便。Objective: To obtain the optimum conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction of total saponins in Mesona chinensis. Method: The ultrasonic assisted extraction of total saponins in Mesona chinensis was accomplished by using ethanol as solvent. Single factor experiments were used for investigating the influences of extraction time, solvent concentration, extraction temperature, solid to liquid on extraction rate. The total saponins was measured by spectrophotometric method. The optimum extraction process was determined by orthogonal test. Results: The optimum parameters are as follows: ultrasonic time 40rain, 70% ethanol, extraction temperature 40℃, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 25, extraction rate of 8.48%. Conclusion:this process is simpleand low costly as well as of high effeciency.
