摘　　要：在森林质量精准提升的林业建设步伐中,丰富林业合作社的内涵、提升林业合作社的运营能力,是发挥三明市现有多种类型林业合作社的运营效率,有效地促进林农增产增收与森林资源的可持续利用的重要基础。分析三明市林业合作社的发展现状、建设成效及其优化必要性,探讨"新型人才的引进+信息机制保障+优化合作社组织管理+第三方监督评价"林业合作社提升模式的构建思路,促进新形势下林业合作社的转型与创新。In the pace of forestry construction of the forest quality precision promotion, enriching the connotation and improving the operating ability of forestry cooperatives were important foundation to play operating efficiency of forestry cooperatives which existed various types, and to promote effectively the increase production of forest and sustainable utilization of forest resources in Sanming city. The present development situation, construction effect and optimizing necessity of forestry cooperatives were analyzed, and the forestry cooperative promotion mode of ＂the introduction of new talents ＋ the security of information mechanism ＋ optimizing cooperative organization and management ＋ supervision and evaluation of the third party＂ was explored, which promotes the transformation and innovation of the forestry cooperatives under the new situation.
