居住区及居住小区的紧急避险地布局与设计研究

摘　　要：介绍了在居住区及居住小区设置避震疏散场所的相关问题,在《城市抗震防灾规划标准》关于城市避震疏散场所分类的基础上,提出了"紧急避险地"的概念。并针对紧急避险地的设定意义与作用进行了分析,阐述了设置紧急避险地的必要性与现实意义。明确提出了居住区及居住小区紧急避险地的设定原则与对策要求,着重分析了居住区及居住小区中心绿地、楼间绿地、公共活动场地等绿地的各种布局形态,并提出了各绿地布局形态下紧急避险地的设定结构与设定要求,以解决城市防震避难疏散的基础环节问题。The article introduces the emergency safety place setting up in residential area,puts forward the concept of emergency safety place on basis of the classification of area earthquake escape and evacuation in the Urban earthquake disaster prevention planning standard. It puts forward the setting principles and countermeasures of the emergency safety place, focuses on the analysis of the residential and residential center public space layout forms and puts forward the necessity of setting to solve urban earthquake prevention and avoid difficulty to evacuate the basic aspects of the problem.
