摘　　要：以严寒地区某高校既有居住建筑节能改造为例,采用定量和实证分析法进行研究,通过对严寒地区既有居住建筑围护结构节能现状的分析,阐述了建筑节能改造的技术措施,并从室内温度、热工缺陷、传热系数、能源消耗、经济分析及环境效益等方面,分析了既有居住建筑围护结构节能改造所产生的效益,得出该校节能改造结果符合预期效果,并针对薄弱环节提出了改进措施。The quantitative and empirical analysis methods were used to research existing building energy-saving retrofit of a college in severe cold area as an example. Elaborating the energy-saving technical measures based on energy-saving current situation of existing residential building enclosure in severe cold area. Through analyzing the indoor temperature, thermodynamic disfigurement, heat transfer coefficient, energy consumption, economic benefits and environmental benefits of the existing residential building energy-saving retrofit, the result can be proved that this project meets the expected and putting forward improving measures aim at weak links.
