摘 要:本试验在研究以磷酸和尿素为原料合成聚磷酸铵的基础上,探讨以聚磷酸铵为原料合成高钙型大量元素水溶肥料,为新型水溶肥料的生产提供技术支持。结果表明,将物质量之比为1∶1.8的磷酸与尿素置于预升温至190℃的恒温烘箱,剧烈发泡结束后发泡细小、平稳时计时20 min,所得聚磷酸铵的聚合度为4.87,氮磷总量为63.48%,溶解度为52.11 g/100 m L水,p H 7.63,水不溶物为0.10%。以磷酸二氢钾为磷源、添加2%和4%Ca2+处理的水不溶物分别达到6.51%和9.94%,水不溶物高于《大量元素水溶肥料》(NY 1107-2010)的限定值。以聚磷酸铵为磷源、添加2%和4%Ca2+处理的水不溶物分别为0.14%和1.14%,水不溶物低于《大量元素水溶肥料》(NY 1107-2010)的限定值。In this experiment water-soluble fertilizer with high content of calcium was stuided with ammonium polyphosphate(APP) as raw material based on the synthesis of APP by phosphoric acid and urea. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions of APP synthesis were as follow:The molar ratio between hosphoric acid and urea was 1∶1.8,the temperature was 190 ℃, the reaction time was 20 min after drastic action. The physical and chemical properties of APP obtained were as follow: The polymerization degree was 4.87,the total contents of N and P were 63.48%, the solubility was 52.11 g / 100 m L water,p H was 7.63,the water-insoluble contents were 0.10%. The water-insoluble contents of which took potassium dihydrogen phosphate as the phosphorus source and added 2% and 4% Ca2+were 6.51% and 9.94%, respectively,and higher than that of national standard(NY 1107-2010). But the water-insoluble contents of which based on ammonium polyphosphate phosphorus source and added 2% and 4% of Ca2+were 0.14% and 1.14%,respectively, and lower than that of national standard(NY1107-2010).
