艾叶水提液对肉兔生长性能及肉品质的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同剂量艾叶(Artemisiae argyi)水提液对肉兔生长性能及肉品质的影响,选择30日龄断奶肉兔24只,随机分为4组,每组6只,对照组正常饮水,试验组在饮水中分别按照每只肉兔每天2.0、3.0和4.0 g/只的剂量添加艾叶水提液,试验期为28 d。结果表明,3 g剂量组肉兔的生长发育显著提升(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),极显著提高脾脏重量(P<0.01),小肠长度增加5.80%,极显著提升肌内脂肪含量(P<0.01)。饮水中加入艾叶水提液能促进肉兔的生长,显著促进其免疫器官和肠道的发育,对肉质有明显的改善作用。To evaluate the effect of adding different doses water extract from Artemisiae argyi on growth performance and meat quality in rabbit. 24 rabbits（30 days old） were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 rats in each group. Control group was given drinking freely,experimental group,2.0,3.0 and 4.0 g water extract from Artemisiae argyi were added in drinking respectively daily per rabbit,all specimens were tested at 28 days. Results showed that 3.0 g dose group could significantly promote the growth of rabbit（P0.05）, feed to gain ratio decreased significantly（P0.05）, extremely significant increased in the weight of the spleen（P0.01）, increased the length of small intestine 5.80%, extremely significant increased intramuscular fat content（P0.01）. Adding water extract from Artemisiae argyi in the drinking water could obviously promote the growth of rabbit,promote the immune organs and intestinal development,improve flesh quality of rabbit.
