摘　　要：经济发展新常态加剧了中国农业转型发展的紧迫性,也将农业生产组织创新的重要性推到了新的高度。基于经济发展新常态及新常态下农业生产组织创新的理论基础,提出了经济发展新常态下的农业生产组织创新的内涵。通过分析经济发展新常态下中国农业生产组织创新面临的新旧挑战及其实践意蕴,提出了相关制度变迁或创新等新常态下诱导农业生产组织创新的重要举措。The urgency of agricultural transformation and development in China was intensified by the new normal of economic development, and the importance of innovation in agricultural production organization was promoted into a new height.Based on theoretical basis of the new normal of economic development and the innovation in agricultural production organization under the new normal, the connotation of innovation in agricultural production organization under the new normal of economic development was pointed out. The old and new challenges, practical implication of the innovation in agricultural production organization under the new normal of economic development were analyzed,accordingly the relative measures on institutional change and innovation for inducing the innovation of agricultural production organization under the new normal were put forward.
