摘  要:本研究测定了不同条件对变叶木[Codiaeum variegatum BI var.pictum(Lodd.)Muen]白粉病分生孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为21-24℃,最适温度为24℃;最适相对湿度为80%;在p H为8时,萌发率最高;光照对分生孢子萌发无影响;葡萄糖、氯化铵有利于分生孢子的萌发;分生孢子的致死条件为43℃10 min。可见变叶木白粉病菌喜好温暖、潮湿、偏碱、富含营养的环境。The effects of different conditions on the conidial germination of Oidium neolycopersici were studied. The results showed that,the effective temperature for conidial germination was in the range of 21-24 ℃,and the optimum temperature was24 ℃. The optimum relative humidity was 80%. The percentage of conidial germination reached the highest at p H 8.0. Light had no effect on conidial germination. Glucose and ammonium chloride were better for the conidial germination. Lethal temperature of conidia was 43 ℃ for 10 min. Obviously the warm,humid,weak alkali,and nutritious environment was favourite for pathogen.
