摘　　要：通过单因素试验和正交试验对仙桃草(Veronica anagallis-aquatica L.)中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,仙桃草中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为提取溶剂55%的乙醇、提取温度65℃、提取时间90 min。在最佳工艺条件下仙桃草总黄酮提取率达0.270 1%。The extraction technology of total flavonoids in Veronica anagallis-aquatica L. were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the best extraction process conditions in Veronica anagallis-aquatica L. for total flavonoid were 55% of ethanol,65 ℃ and 90 minutes of extraction time. Under the optimum process of conditions,total flavonoid yield can reach to 0.270 1%.
