摘  要:采用兼并引物和RACE的技术,在中黑盲蝽(Adelphocoris suturalis Jakovlev)中获得丝氨酸蛋白酶的全长c DNA序列,将该基因命名为ASJSP,c DNA全长为958 bp,开放阅读框为885 bp,推测编码295个氨基酸,预计分子量为31.20 k Da,等电点p I为9.38,预测分子式为C1 374H2 222N390O407S15,不稳定系数为31.94,总亲水性系数为0.114,为疏水性稳定蛋白质。序列分析表明ASJSP与其他盲蝽科昆虫已知丝氨酸蛋白酶的核苷酸序列一致性为55.70%。RT-PCR with degenerate primers and RACE were used to amplify partial c DNA fragments and full c DNA,one serine protease gene from Adelphocoris suturalis Jakovlev was identified, designated ASJSP. The full-length c DNAs of ASJSP is958 bp,this gene contains 885 bp open-reading frames(ORF) which encodes a putative 295 amino acid protein,with a predicted molecular mass of 31.20 k Da and isoeletric point(p I) of 9.38. Its predicted molecular formula is C1 374H2 222N390O407S15. Bioinformatical analysis showed that it is a instability index is 31.94 and the GRAVY 0.114,suggesting that it is a stable hydrophobic protein. Sequences analysis showed that ASJSP had 55.70% identity with complete serine protease genes from other Miridae insects.
