福建省建筑应用隔震技术施工及构造问题分析

摘　　要：隔震技术在福建省的应用与推广已趋于成熟并得到工程界的广泛认可,但隔震建筑的施工及管理过程中仍存在一定问题。为了规范福建省隔震建筑的建设及施工维护管理,通过搜集整理资料、实地调研在建与已建隔震建筑、同相关单位研究讨论等方式,对隔震施工技术及其构造处理进行分析。结合福建省建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准的要求与《建筑隔震工程施工及验收规范》,指出目前福建省建筑结构应用隔震技术存在的问题及其成因,并据此从施工管理、维护管理两个方面提出了具体改进建议。Although the application and promotion of isolation technology in Fujian province have become mature and been widely recognized in the field of engineering. Some problems still exist in the process of both construction and maintenance of isolated buildings. In order to standardize construction,maintenance and management of isolated buildings in Fujian Province,through the collected data,field research of constructing and constructed isolated buildings,negotiation with relevant departments,we analyzed the structure process and the construction technology. Combined with construction engineering construction quality acceptance standard in Fujian Province and＂Code for Construction and Acceptance of Isolation Buildings＂,we pointed out problems with building structures using seismic isolation technology existed in Fujian Province at present and put forward the improvement methods. From two aspects of construction management and maintenance management,this paper puts forward the concrete suggestions.
