摘 要:建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)已经大力应用于建筑业,并彰显了其巨大的商业价值。国内不少具有前瞻性与战略眼光的施工企业开始思考如何应用BIM概念来提升项目管理水平与企业核心竞争力。在日益复杂的工程项目中,2D的CAD图纸往往无法满足所需的设计条件,2D没有3D以及n D直观,易出现"错、漏、碰、缺"等问题,BIM的出现提供了更好更完善的信息化施工条件。研究以某高校本科生赴企业实践的情况与过程中遭遇的经验为例,采用学校与企业合作的方式,建立BIM咨询团队为出发点,探讨如何培养一批熟练使用BIM Revit软件的人才,应对未来建筑业的发展趋势。BIM has been widely used and made great progress in commercial value. There are many domestic construction and forward-looking strategic vision enterprises forward-looking and strategic vision begin to think about how to apply the concept of BIM to enhance the level of project management and its core competitiveness. In an increasingly complex engineering project,CAD drawings are often unable to meet the required design conditions,without 3D intuitional thought even n D. It is easy to make wrong decision in engineer problems such as wrong,leakage,clash and lack". However,BIM can provide a better and perfect information-based construction conditions. In this study,a group of undergraduate students with BIM expertise were trained by the cooperative schools and enterprises to establish a BIM consulting team as a starting point. This study provides a preliminary study of Revit BIM software for undergraduate and enterprises reference in related fields. It is expected to adapt to the future trend of the construction industry.
