摘 要:针对泉店选煤厂中煤灰分低,发热量高的问题,运用煤炭破碎解离相关技术,对中煤进行破碎规律研究,同时,结合现有工艺及现场空间,提出了现有煤泥水系统改造方案。结果表明:精煤产率约提高3.42%,年创效可达1315万元,效益显著。Aiming at the low ash content and high calorific value of middlings in Quandian coal preparation plant,correlation techniques of coal crushing dissociation were applied,to study the breaking law of middling coal. At the same time,a transformation scheme of current coal slime water treatment system was proposed,combining with the conditions of current process and space. Results showed that,remarkable benefit was achieved after transformation,with the clean coal yield increased by 3. 42%,up to 13. 15 million yuan of economic benefit was obtained.
