摘  要:为了解决金线莲在广东种植难的问题,以肇庆种质金线莲组培苗为材料,对种苗前期处理、种植基质和栽植密度选择、大棚日常养护、病虫害生物学特性及其综合防控技术等方面进行研究。对金线莲的病虫害系统防治表明,由43%戊唑醇乳油5 000倍+73%克螨特3 000倍+10%吡虫啉5 000倍液阶段式组合的防治效果最好,防效达到83.3%,金线莲株高、叶质量、茎粗、鲜干重等生长质量指标均优于其他处理,单株折干率为13.36%。该金线莲大棚优质种植技术体系为该濒危药用植物在广东的规模化栽培提供了技术依据。In order to solve the problem of growing difficulties of Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl in Guangdong Province,the tissue culture plantlets of Zhaoqing germplasm were used as materials,the integrated control techniques were studied,such as the pretreatment of seedings,selection of matrix and planting density,greenhouses daily maintenance,biological characteristics of diseases and insect pests.Especially in the diseases and pests control,the results showed that there was the best control efficacy,by the combination of 5000 times of 43% Tebuconazole E.C+3000 times of 73% propargite +5000 times of 10% imidaclporid,the control efficiency reached 83.3%.The growth index of A.roxburghii such as plant height,leaf quality,stem diameter,fresh dry weight were better than other treatments,the individual drying rate was 13.36%.This technology system of planting the endangered medicinal A.roxburghii in greenhouse,provided technical basis for the large-scale cultivation of A.rocburghii in Guangdong Province.
