摘 要:开展瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasma)根际土壤微生物的研究,能够为遏制草原上瑞香狼毒的肆虐提供参考资料。釆用稀释倒平板法从瑞香狼毒根际土壤中分离、纯化细菌;采用经典分类和26S r DNA D1/D2区域序列分析相结合的技术,对纯化的菌株进行鉴定。结果显示,分离自拉萨河谷(扎叶巴沟)的瑞香狼毒土壤中的细菌55株,归属为鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas melonis)、Pseudomonas sp.、蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)、日本假单胞菌(Pseudomonas japonica)、芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.),其中又以鞘氨醇单胞菌为优势种;扎叶巴沟瑞香狼毒根际土壤细菌的种群结构间存在一定差异。其中鞘氨醇单胞菌对瑞香狼毒的抑制作用值得进一步研究。Study on the microorganisms from rhizosphere soil of Stellera chamaejasme L.can provide reference for the suppression of rampant S.chamaejasme L.Bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of Stellera chamaejasme L.were isolated and purified by dilution plate method,and the purified bacterial strains were identified using classical classification method combined with sequence analysis of the D1/D2 domain of 26S r DNA;data processing and analysis were conducted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19.0 software.Results demonstrated that 55 bacterial strains isolated from the soil of S.chamaejasme L.in Lhasa river valley (Zhayeba valley) belonged to Sphingomonas melonis,Pseudomonas sp.,Bacillus cereus,Pseudomonas japonica and Bacillus sp.,among which Sphingomonas melonis was a dominant species.Additionally,there was a certain difference in the population structure of bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of S.chamaejasme L.in Zhayeba valley.In conclusion,the inhibitory effect of S.melonis on S.chamaejasme L.is worthy of further study.
