摘  要:随着谷子新品种及杂交种的培育和推广以及栽培技术的提高,谷子产量有了大幅度上升,但氮肥用量也随之增加。氮肥的过量使用不仅会造成环境污染、增加农民投入,而且不利于谷子产品的"绿色"与"有机"。由于谷子耐贫瘠的特性,挖掘和利用谷子自身的潜力是提高养分利用率的理想途径。试验选取来自山西、陕西、甘肃等多个北方干旱、半干旱地区的70个谷子品种,在低氮胁迫下,对其苗期进行形态指标与生理指标记录、测试并比较。结果筛选出8个耐低氮品种,这可为谷子耐低氮胁迫的机制研究提供基础材料,为氮高效利用新品种的培育提供理论基础。With the breeding and promotion of new foxtail millet varieties and hybrids and the improvement of cultivation techniques, the production of foxtail millet increases significantly, but the amount of nitrogen fertilizer used also increases. Excessive use of fertilizer not only causes environmental pollution, increases farmers' investment, but also hinders the development of green or organic product of foxtail millet. Because of the characters of strong adaptability to poor soil of foxtail millet, applying its potential is the ideal way to improve the utilization efficiency of nutrients. While the genes related to resistance to low nitrogen or the nitrogen efficiency for foxtail millet are not reported. In this study, 70 foxtail millet varieties cultivated in arid and semiarid regions of Northern China, such as Shanxi,Shaanxi and Gansu province were selected as the materials. Under low nitrogen stress, morphological and physiological indexes were recorded and compared at the seedling stage. The results showed that eight varieties resistance to low nitrogen were screened out, which provided basis materials for studying the resistance mechanism to low nitrogen stress of foxtail millet and laid a foundation for breeding of newvarieties with high nitrogen efficiency.
