摘 要:研究不同质量浓度硒处理对PEG(模拟干旱)胁迫下小麦幼苗形态及生理特性的影响,为小麦有效抗旱和合理补硒提供理论依据。用不同质量浓度硒(20,40,60 mg/L)处理PEG胁迫下的小麦幼苗,研究不同质量浓度硒对PEG胁迫下小麦幼苗株高、根长、根数及鲜干质量的影响,分析小麦幼苗叶片丙二醛、超氧阴离子自由基含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及叶绿体色素含量的变化。结果表明,适宜质量浓度的硒显著提高了PEG胁迫下小麦幼苗的株高、根长、根数及鲜质量、干质量、叶绿体色素含量,降低了丙二醛和超氧阴离子自由基含量,同时提高了SOD,POD活性。外源施硒对小麦幼苗生长中干旱胁迫有一定的缓解作用,以40 mg/L硒处理效果最佳。The effects of different concentration of selenium on growth and physiological characteristics of wheat at seedling stage were studied under the PEG(drought)stress, which provided a theoretical basis to resist drought and supplement selenium in wheat.Wheat seedlings were treated with different selenium concentration(20, 40, 60 mg/L)under drought stress. The paper investigated the effect of different concentration of selenium on the plant height, root length, root numbers, fresh and dry quality and the content of chlorophyll of wheat at seedling stage. The changes of MDA and O2-·content, the activities of SOD, POD were also analyzed. The results showed that the different concentration of selenium could obviously increase the plant height, root length, root numbers and fresh quality,dry quality of wheat seedlings, decrease the content of MDA and O2-·, and increase the activities of SOD, POD and chlorophyll content. It suggested that exogenous application of selenium on the growth of wheat seedlings under PEG stress had a certain mitigation, especially in the treatment of 40 mg/L selenium.
