摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究施加钝化剂海泡石、膨润土和鸡粪对Cd污染土壤的钝化效果以及对油菜中Cd含量的影响。结果表明,施加鸡粪可显著提高油菜地上生物量,施加海泡石、膨润土对油菜生物量无显著影响;施加海泡石、膨润土可显著提高土壤pH值,施加鸡粪可降低土壤pH值;施加钝化剂能显著降低土壤中有效态Cd含量及油菜地上部分Cd含量,有机无机钝化剂配施效果好于单施钝化剂处理,经处理,油菜中Cd含量符合《食品安全标准》(GB 2762—2012)规定的叶菜类0.2 g/kg的Cd浓度限值。The pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of applying chicken manure, sepiolite and bentonite on immobilization remediation of Cd contaminated soil. The results showed that applying chicken manure could significantly increase the biomass of rape, addition of sepiolite and bentonite had no significant effect on the biomass of rape. Applying chicken manure could reduce soil pH value, addition of sepiolite and bentonite could significantly improve soil pH value. Applying the passivation agent significantly decreased available Cd concentrations in soil and the content of Cd in rape, and combing applications of clays and chicken manure was better than that single passivation agent. In all immobilization treatments Cd concentration of rape was lower than the maximum level permitted by GB 2762-2012.
