消毒鸡粪的施用量对莱州地黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：采用营养钵基质育苗方法,研究了消毒鸡粪的施用量对莱州地黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,试验设置了6个消毒鸡粪施用量水平,分别为0,10,20,30,40,50 kg/m^3。结果表明,消毒鸡粪的施用量对黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、生物量及壮苗指数的影响,均以30 kg/m^3(T3处理)为最优。综合分析确定,莱州地黄瓜基质育苗中消毒鸡粪的最适宜用量为30 kg/m^3。Through a nutrition pot culture experiment, the effects of the sterilized chicken manure application rates, including 0, 10,20, 30, 40, 50 kg/m^3, on growth of Laizhou ground cucumber seedlings were studied. The results showed that the effects of different sterilized chicken manure application rates to plant height, stem diameter, biomass and seedling index of Laizhou ground cucumber were optimal on 30 kg/m^3（T3）. By comprehensive analysis, the best sterilized chicken manure application rates on growth of Laizhou ground cucumber seedlings was 30 kg/m^3.
