摘　　要：东学西渐、西学东渐的时代特质,势必将共识疗效推向中医学发展的前沿目标,传统的中医学理论及其方法虽然能被实践证明,但是现有的科学体系难以解释,因此借用相应科学方法进行临床或基础研究所取得的结果往往差强人意。久病入络学说自创建以来,不仅为疑难病的诊疗提供了有益启示,而且络作为一种通道的概念,可以成为中西医共识的一个切入点。但是必须清醒地认识到,络的理论内涵尚未完善,病络也绝不等同于络病。病络作为核心病机的反映,一定是构建于中医意象思维创造之上,大概念的抽提与其伴生的大而无外、小而无内的推演并不矛盾,这一点已在毒损脑络的研究上得以印证,故基于中医原创思维,对病络理论本源及临床实践进行探讨。The eastern civilization spread out to the West and the western civilization taking over the east reflects the characteristics of the times. The consensus curative effect is the forefront target of development of TCM. The theory and method of TCM although can be proved in practice, but theory and method is difficult to be explained, so clinical or basic research results of TCM are barely satisfactory by corresponding scientific methods. The doctrine of pathogen usually intruding into collateral in protracted disease not only provides beneficial enlightenment for the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases, but also is a starting point can be the consensus of Chinese and Western medicine as a concept on network channel. But we must be clearly recognized that the theoretical connotation of collateral is not perfect, and the abnormal collateral is not equal to the collateral disease. As a reflection of the core pathogenesis of abnormal collateral is built on the imagery thinking creation of TCM, the extraction of large concept are not contradictory with deduction on big and no outside and small but no inside, it has been confirmed in the study of toxin damaging brain collatera, this paper discusses the origin and clinical practice of the theory of abnormal collateral which based on the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
