补肾助孕方调节生殖轴促进胚胎着床的机制探讨

摘　　要：补肾助孕方是基于国医大师夏桂成教授提出的"心(脑)-肾-子宫轴"理论指导下形成的经验方剂。临床研究已证实,其为治疗黄体功能不全性(LPD)不孕症的有效方药,并能提高患者胚胎着床期P、LH等水平,实验结果提示其能改善卵巢黄体功能及子宫内膜容受性。基于中西医对LPD性不孕为生殖轴功能失调认识上的一致性,课题组认为补肾助孕方能够作用于垂体,提出"通过GnRH受体后信号通路调控垂体GTH表达进而调节生殖轴功能"的作用新机制假说。首次从GnRH受体后PKC-MAPK、Ca2+-CAM、c AMP-PKA信号通路,开创性地研究补肾助孕方对垂体GTH表达分泌的调控及补肾法治疗LPD的助孕新机制,为中药治疗LPD不孕症的研究提供新思路和新方法。BuShenZhuYun recipe is based on the theory of heart （brain）-kidney-uterus axis＇ which was put forward by professor XIA Guicheng. Clinical studies have confirmed its effectiveness for treating infertility caused by Luteal Phase Defect （LPD） and it also improves the level of P, LH in pre-implantation patients embryos. Experiments suggested that it enhanced the function of ovarian corpus luteum and uterine receptivity. Based on the Chinese and Western medicine consensus of LPD infertility is caused by dysfunction of reproductive axis, we believe that BuShenZhuYun recipe has the effects on pituitary and according to this, we put a new hypothesis that we can use GnRH receptor signal pathway to regulate the expression of GTH with the purpose of adjusting the function of reproductive axis. For the first time we use GnRH receptor PKC-MAPK,Ca2＋ -CAM ,cAMP-PKA signal pathways to study the effects of BuShenZhuYun recipe on expression of GTH excretion and the new mechanism of treating LPD reproductive by kidney-nourishing therapy. It provides new ideas and new methods for curing LPD infertility with Chinese medicine.
