天突深刺配合冷热球囊扩张术治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:天突深刺治疗吞咽障碍是中国中医科学院望京医院陈枫教授数十年临床经验的结晶,有较好的临床疗效。本研究旨在观察天突深刺配合冷热球囊扩张术治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年6月至2016年5月在中国中医科学院望京医院康复医学科住院病人80例,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各40例。其中男50名,女30名,平均年龄(58.65±8.30)岁。实验组为天突深刺配合冷热球囊扩张术治疗吞咽障碍,对照组只使用天突深刺方法治疗吞咽障碍。使用配对t检验,并使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:2组患者治疗4周后SSA评分和VFSS评分表明,实验组SSA评分显著低于对照组,经统计学比较(t=5.86)差异有统计学意义;实验组VFSS评分显著高于对照组(t=6.36),差异有统计学意义,说明天突深刺配合冷热球囊扩张术治疗中风后吞咽障碍疗效比仅使用天突深刺方法效果要好。Objestives： TianTu deep-needling for treatment of dysphagia after Stroke is professor Chenfeng decades of clinical experience summary. This study is to observe the effects of knee joint osteoarthritis with middle frequency electrotherapy and injection therapy. Methods： During the period of 2014 June to 2016 May, Wang Jing Hospital of CACMS, 80 outpatients of rehabilitation medicine department （40 men,40 women, Age =58.65 ± 8.30 years old）. The patients were assigned to experimental group and control group. TianTu deep-needling with cool and hot balloon dilation were used to experimental group, only TianTu deep-needling was used to control group. The paired t test was used, and SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results： Treatment after 4 weeks, analyzing SSA score and VFSS score data from two groups of patients（Table 3） , the results show that the experimental group SSA score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the statistical calculation of t = 5.86, the difference was significant; experimental group VFSS score was significantly higher than that of the control group, t = 6.36, the difference was significant. This experiment proves that TianTu deep-needling with cool and hot balloon dilation is more effective of treatment dysphagia after Stroke than single TianTu deep-needling.
