摘 要:目的:探讨电针大肠俞募穴对功能性便秘小鼠结肠组织内GDNFmRNA、Rai mRNA表达的影响。方法:48只小鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组和电针组。采用复方地芬诺酯灌胃造模,电针刺激"天枢"、"大肠俞"后观察结肠上皮细胞形态、结肠组织内GDNFmRNA、Rai mRNA的表达情况。结果:模型组小鼠结肠上皮细胞凋亡增多,GDNFmRNA、RaimRNA表达降低。电针组结肠上皮细胞凋亡减少,GDNFmRNA、RaimRNA表达增强。结论:电针能改善功能性便秘小鼠结肠上皮细胞凋亡情况,上调GDNFmRNA、Rai mRNA的表达水平。Objective To explore the mechanism of electroaeupuncture ( EA ) Back-shu and Front-mu points on GDNFmRNA ,Rai mRNA in colon in functional constipation (FC) mice. Methods: 48 mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, EA group. Using compound diphenoxylate orally modeling method and EA " Tianshu", "Daehangshu" , the morphology of colonic epithelial structure, the level of GDNFmRNA, RaimRNA in colon were observed by TUNELand in situ hybridization. Results The expression of GDNF mRNA,, RaimRNA in model group was significantly decreased with more damage depithelial cells. EA back-Shu and front-Mu points can improve the expression of GDNF mRNA, RaimRNA. TUNEL found that acupuncture can repair damage depithelial cells. Conclusion : EA hack-Shu and front- Mu points can up-regulate the expression of GDNF mRNA,RaimRNA in FC mice.
