温针灸对坐骨神经离断大鼠术后神经功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价温针灸对经显微手术修复的完全离断周围神经的功能康复作用。方法:将大鼠坐骨神经横断,经显微手术缝合后在电针基础上加入温针灸疗法,观察大鼠坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、腓肠肌湿重的变化,并与单纯电针组、模型组和正常组比较。结果:与模型组比较,单纯电针组和温针组各项指标均明显改善,差异有统计学意义;虽然温针组各项指标均优于单纯电针组,但经统计学检验2组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:温针灸对周围神经完全离断经显微手术修复后的功能康复作用并不明显,但有必要继续深入研究。Objective ：To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of warm needling on completely ampulated peripheral nerve repaired by microsurgery. Methods：SD rats with traversed sciatic nerve that repaired by microsurgery were treated by both warm needling and electroacupuncture. Sciatic function index （SFI）, motor nerve conductive velocity （MNCV）, gastricnemius wet weight were observed, and compared with these data of normal group, model group and electroacupuncture group. Results：Compared with model group, SFI, MNCV and gastricnemius wet weight of warm needling group and electroacupuncture group were all improved, statistical significant difference or very significant difference. Although every indicator of warm needling group were better than electroacupuncture group, significant differences statistically were not found between two groups. Conclusion： The rehabilitation effect of warm needling on completely ampulated peripheral nerve repaired by microsurgery was not very obvious, but it is necessary to do a further study.
