摘　　要：介绍王旭教授辨治桥本氏甲状腺炎的经验。认为本病与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关,基本病机为肝郁气滞,肝气乘脾,久则肾虚。本病可分为早、中、后三期,治疗时强调"治未病"思想。This paper introduced Wang Xu＇s experience in differentiating and treating Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis. It considers that the liver,spleen and kidney are closely related to this disease,and the basic pathogenesis is＂stagnation of liver and qi,spleen injury induced by liver-qi,kidney deficiency by long time＂. This disease can be divided into the early,middle and late period. In the treatment,it emphasizes the thought of＂preventive treatment of disease＂
