小柴胡汤治疗感冒的临床运用

摘　　要：介绍运用小柴胡汤治疗感冒的方法、经验、小儿服法、典型医案和注意事项等。包括小柴胡汤的经典方证,小柴胡汤原方治疗感冒;加桂枝,治发热体寒;加干姜、五味子,治干咳无痰;加桔梗、连翘,治咳嗽有痰或扁桃体炎;加桂枝、白芍,治身体疼痛;加黄芪、当归,治感冒后体虚自汗;加陈皮、山楂、麦芽,治感冒后食欲不振等。以及处方饮片的选择、类证鉴别和中病即止。并举相应验案加以说明。This paper introduced the application of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of common cold including the therapeutic method,experience,pediatric usage,typical cases and matters needing attention and so on. The main contents described as Xiaochaihu Decoction classic prescription,treating cold with original Xiaochaihu Decoction,treating fever and body cold combined with Cassia Twig（ Guizhi）,treating dry cough without phlegm combined with Rhizoma Zingiberis（ Ganjiang） and Schisandra Chinensis（ Wuweizi）,treating cough with sputum or tonsillitis combined with Platycodon Grandiflorum（ Jiegeng） and Forsythia（ Lianqiao）,treating body pain combined with Cassia Twig（ Guizhi） and Radix Paeoniae Alba（ Baishao）,treating body weakness and spontaneous sweating after cold combined with Astragalus（ Huangqi） and Angelica（ Danggui）,treating anorexia after cold combined with dried orange peel（ Chenpi）,hawthorn（ Shanzha） and Malt（ Maiya）,as well as the choice of prescription and pieces,the identification of similar syndrome and treatment stop. Corresponding cases were presented to illustrate.
