摘  要:目的观察活血利水法对大面积脑梗死去骨瓣减压术后患者神经功能的影响。方法将60例脑梗死术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组(各30例),均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加服活血利水方药治疗,疗程14天。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量变化。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组LPO含量均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组SOD含量均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论活血利水法可通过抗氧化和清除氧自由基作用改善脑梗死术后患者神经功能。Objective To observe the effects of blood-promoting and water-disinhibiting therapy on neurological function of massive cerebral infarction patients following decompressive hemicraniectomy. Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group( 30 cases in each group),and treated with routine therapies of western medicine. The treatment group was additionally given the prescription herbs of blood-promoting and waterdisinhibiting,with a course of 14 days. The NIH stroke scales( NIHSS),and the serum levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and lipid peroxides( LPO) were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the NIHSS was decreased in both groups compared with the treatment before( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01),and that in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 01). The level of LPO was decreased in both groups compared with the treatment before( P〈0. 01),and that in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group( P〈0. 01). The level of SOD were increased in both groups compared with the treatment before( P〈0. 01),and that in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The blood-promoting and water-disinhibiting therapy may improve neurological function of postoperative patients with cerebral infarction through anti-oxidation and scavenging oxygen free radicals.
