摘　　要：对近年来关于线粒体自噬在心血管疾病中的作用及相关机制研究做整理分析。正常情况下线粒体自噬能够维持细胞内线粒体功能的稳定性,从而确保心功能的正常运行。而线粒体自噬的异常与心血管疾病密切相关。线粒体自噬在防治心血管中具有重要作用,但其具体作用机制不明,有待进一步深入研究。The aim of the article is to analyze recent studies on the role of mitophagy in cardiovascular diseases and related mecha- nism. Under normal circumstances, mitophagy is able to maintain the stability of the mitochondrial function, thus ensuring the normal op- eration of cardiac function, while mitophagy abnormalities are closely associated with cardiovascular diseases. Mitophagy plays an impor- tant role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. But the complex mechanism of action needs further researehment.
