摘  要:为了更好地利用雪峰乌骨鸡,本文分析了雪峰乌骨鸡群体的隐性白羽等位基因(C,TYR)、显性白羽等位基因(I,PMEL)、扩展等位基因(e,MC1R)、乌肤等位基因(FM,EDN3)、绿壳蛋等位基因(O,SLCO1B3)、羽速等位基因(K,PRLR)的基因型分布情况。结果显示雪峰乌骨鸡群体主要是快羽类型的品种,其中白色羽雪峰乌骨鸡群体中存在隐性白羽和显性白羽两种突变类型。雪峰乌骨鸡乌肤性状的形成与丝羽乌骨鸡的遗传基础一致,绿壳蛋性状的形成同样是由于EAV-HP的插入导致,但是其插入位置与前人研究结果稍有不同。上述结果为雪峰乌骨鸡相关性状的分子标记辅助选育提供了基础,可以加速雪峰乌骨鸡上述性状的选育进程。To make full use of Xuefeng Black-boned chicken,the alleles and their related frequency distributions underlying some appearance traits, including recessive white allele (C, TYR), dominant white allele (I,PMEL),extension allele (e, MCIR), black-skin allele (FM, EDN3), green-shell allele (0, SLCOIB3)and feathering allele (K, PRLR)across a Xuefeng Black-boned chicken population were investigated. As a result,Xuefeng Black-boned chickens were believed to mainly be fast feathering, along with recessive white allele and dominant white allele coexisted among the white feathering populations. Besides,the genetic mechanisms underlying black skin and green shell in Xuefeng Black-boned chicken were both found to be the same with those revealed in previous studies, i.e., EDN3 mutation causing black skin in Silkies and EAV-HP insertion causing green shell. Noticeably, the EAV-HP insertion locus found here was a bit different from that in previous studies. Collectively, the genetic mechanisms underlying some appearance traits in Xuefeng Black-boned chickens were basically consistent with previous studies,by which the Xuefeng Black-boned chick- en breeding towards those aforementioned traits can be further accelerated.
