摘 要:咪唑啉类化合物可作为酸性介质中钢的缓蚀剂,目前以松香和3-氯-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠为主剂来合成咪唑啉类化合物的研究报道较少。以松香、二乙烯三胺和3-氯-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠为原料合成水溶性松香咪唑啉季铵盐,研究其在质量分数为15%HCl介质中的缓蚀性能。探讨了原料配比、酰胺化温度、环化温度、反应时间对松香转化率的影响,利用正交试验法优化了松香咪唑啉的合成条件,通过静态失重法和电化学方法研究了松香咪唑啉季铵盐在酸性介质中的缓蚀性能,采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了试片腐蚀前后的形貌。结果表明:在n(二乙烯三胺)∶n(松香)=1.6∶1.0,酰胺化温度150℃,环化温度210℃,反应总时间9 h时,松香的转化率为81.49%;在15%HCl介质中加入0.6%的松香咪唑啉季铵盐,其缓蚀率达到84.79%。Water soluble rosin base imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was prepared by using rosin,diethylenetriamine and 3-chlorinum-2-hydroxyl propane sulfonic acid sodium as raw materials,and the corrosion inhibition performance of specimens was studied in the mass fraction of 15%HCl medium.In addition,the effect of proportions of raw materials,amidation temperature,cyclization temperature and reaction time on the conversion efficiency of rosin was investigated.The synthesis conditions of rosin imidazoline were optimized by the orthogonal experiment design principle.Subsequently,the corrosion inhibition performance of rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt in acidic medium was evaluated by weight-loss method and electrochemical method,and the morphology of specimens before and after corrosion test was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results indicated that the optimal conditions for synthesis of rosin imidazoline were 1.6:1.0 of n(divinyl three amine):n(rosin),150 ℃ of amidation temperature and 210 ℃of cyclization temperature and 9 h of reaction time,and the conversion efficiency of rosin reached 81.49%.With adding 0.6%rosin base imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt in 15%hydrochloric acid,the corrosion efficiency could reach 84.79%.
