摘 要:ZrO_2具有高温稳定性,可使涂层热膨胀系数有效匹配,鲜见其用于钼基体表面涂层的报道。采用料浆法在钼基体上制备出了ZrO_2-玻璃基抗氧化涂层。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析涂层的物相及显微形貌,采用失重法测试了涂层在900℃高温下的抗氧化性能。结果表明:氧化过程中,涂层中生成了具有抗氧化性的BaSi_4O_9玻璃相物质,涂层表面出现相对致密的颗粒和层片状涂层,有利于抗氧化性能提高;氧化初期,ZrO_2-玻璃基涂层的氧化增重量呈增加趋势,且增重量逐渐减小,在1.5h后开始出现增重量下降的趋势,这是由于ZrO_2-玻璃基涂层中BaSi_4O_9膜的完整性被较高的热应力下产生的热裂纹破坏了,为氧的进入提供了通道,使涂层失重所致。ZrO_2-glass coating was prepared by slurry method to protect molybdenum from oxidation.The microstructure of the coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,and the phase composition was characterized by X-ray diffractometers.Moreover,the oxidation resistance in 900 ℃ was also tested through weight loss method.Results showed that during the oxidation process,the oxidation resistant glass-based BaSi_4O_9was formed,and the coating was composed of the relatively dense particles and lamellar structure,which was in favor of the improvement of oxidation resistance.In the early oxidation,the weight gains of ZrO_2-glass coating were increased and then the increment in weight was decreased gradually.After 1.5 h,the weight gains presented the decreasing trend,which was because that BaSi_4O_9 coating was destoried and not complete,providing a pass for oxide.
