摘  要:采用改性Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯并对其进行红外(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)分析。采用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行化学改性,红外谱图表明GMA完全与GO发生了化学键合反应。以GMA改性GO为核制备了低成本水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶,对压敏胶进行了差示扫描量热(DSC)分析、SEM、表面电阻率表征,结果表明成功制备了核壳双层丙烯酸酯压敏胶,当GO质量分数达到0.03%时,压敏胶表面电阻率达6到1×10Ω,能够满足电磁屏蔽要求。In this article, graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized by the modified Hummers method, and it was characterized by FT-IR, XPS, SEM and TEM. The GO was modified with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), and the FT-IR. spectrum showed that GMA was reacted with GO completely. The GMA-modified GO was used as the core to synthetize the water-based acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive was characterized by DSC, SEM and surface electric resistivity. The results showed that the acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive with core-shell structure was prepared successfully, and when the GO content was 0.03wt %, the surface electrical resistivity of the pressure sensitive adhesive was 1 × 10^6 Ω, which can fully meet the requirement of electromagnetic shielding.
