摘  要:以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸和丙烯酸十二氟庚酯为聚合单体,特殊的环氧树脂为交联剂合成含氟丙烯酸酯压敏胶。利用FT-IR、TG和接触角测试仪表征其结构和性能,并测试其对PP、HDPE、LDPE和PTFE 5种材料的粘接强度。结果表明,随着含氟单体含量的提高,压敏胶的粘接强度、耐热性、耐水性均有大幅度提高。The crosslinked fluorine-containing acrylic PSAs were synthesized with BA, MMA, AA and dodecafluorodecanyl acrylate as the monomers and the special epoxy resin as the crosslinking agent. The FT-IR, TG and contact angles measurements were used to characterize the structure and properties of the PSAs. And their adhesion to PP, HDPE, LDPE and PTFE was tested, respectively. The results show that with increasing the content of fluorinated monomer, the adhesion strength, heat resistance and water resistance of PSAs have a great improvement
