摘 要:研究了不同橡胶材料制造的燃油胶管、加油胶管等的燃油渗透率大小,重点研究了渗透性优异的材料的结构。涉及的橡胶材料有:1)NBR+PVC(乳液共混)/CSM、2)NBR+PVC(机械共混)、3)NBR+PVC(乳液共混)、4)FKM(过氧化物)/NBR(过氧化物)双复合、5)FKM(双酚)/ECO双复合、6)FKM(过氧化物)/NBR(过氧化物)/AR/CSM、7)FKM(过氧化物)/ECO、8)NBR(过氧化物)/F-TPV/NBR(过氧化物)、9)FKM(过氧化物)/F-TPV/ECO、10)FKM(过氧化物)/F-TPV/ECO/AR/AEM共10种。通过对有耐油渗透性能的橡胶材料及一些有渗透要求标准的产品结构的分析,通过橡胶配方和工艺的优化,并将以上结构的产品进行同条件的燃油渗透试验验证,发现耐渗透率及渗透能力从1)到10)依次提高。Challenged by requirements of green chemistry and cutting waste emission, the research was made to study the permeability rates and the permeable performance of fuel and refueling hoses made by different rubbers. This paper researched 10 hoses, including:①N BR+PVC (emulsion)/CSM,②N BR+PVC(machinery),③N BR+PVC (emul sion),④com posite FKM (peroxide)/NBR(peroxide), ⑤composite FKM (bisphenol)/ECO,⑥FKM(peroxide)/N BR(peroxide)/AR/CSM, ⑦FKM ( peroxide )/ECO,⑧N BR ( peroxide )/F-TPV/N BR(peroxide),⑨FKM (peroxide)/F-TPV/ECO ,d⑩FKM (peroxide)/F-TPV/ECO/A R/AEM. The paper analyzed the particular performances of the rubber materials above and products of relevant standards and optimized their lbrmulas and production processes. Alter testifying the pernleability of those materials and products, tile results stated that the perfornlance demonstrated a increasing trend from material number ① to ⑩.
