温通止痛贴外用给药的安全性研究

摘　　要：目的考察温通止痛贴外用给药的安全性。方法通过对实验大鼠的皮肤急毒试验、刺激性试验及皮肤的过敏性试验,观察其外用给药的安全性。结果温通止痛贴对各组大鼠均无毒性和刺激性,也无致敏反应。结论温通止痛贴皮肤给药安全。Objective To study the safety of Wentongzhitong Plasters posted for external use. Methods To observe the Wentongzhitong Plasters posted for external use through skin acute toxicity test,skin irritation test and skin hypersensitivity test on healthy rats. Results Wentongzhitong Plasters posted has no acute toxicity and irritation on each group and is not the sensitinogen for the rats. Conclusion Wentongzhitong Plasters posted for external use is safe.
