某三甲医院鼻饲给药的情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析某三甲医院2015年1-3月入院的ICU病房患者鼻饲给药情况,提出合理化建议,促进鼻饲管给药的合理性和规范化。方法利用Microsoft Office Excel软件和医院系统软件对鼻饲用药例数、剂型的分布、不合理性应用的剂型和药物、不合理联合用药和存在配伍禁忌药物的合用情况进行分类,汇总和分析。结果某三甲医院2015年1-3月入院的ICU病房患者一共323名,鼻饲用药共2340例次,采用鼻饲给药法给药的药物一共有169种,不合理应用一共620例次,不合理联合应用一共402例次,单次给药药物种数2种以上的有65例次,其中单次给药药物种数最高达13种。结论某三甲医院鼻饲法给药存在不合理应用情况,临床应该引起重视。Objective To analyze the hospital 2015 1-3 month hospital ICU ward patients with nasal feeding,put forward reasonable suggestions to promote nasogastric tube administration of rationality and standardization. Methods Using Microsoft Office Excel software and system software of hospital drug cases number,dosage form of feeding distribution,unreasonable application of drugs,dosage form and unreasonable drug combination and incompatibility of drug combination classification,summary and analysis. Results Total of a hospital from 2015 1-3 month hospital ICU ward 323 patients,a total of 2340 cases of nasal medication,drugs by nasal feeding method administered a total of 169 species,a total of 620 cases of irrational use,unreasonable combination of a total of 402 cases,single dose drugs more than 2 species there are 65 cases,one single dosage of up to 13 kinds of species.Conclusion A hospital administered by nasal feeding unreasonable application,clinical attention should be.
