摘　　要：在梳理现有文献的基础上,从下属依赖的研究源起与概念内涵、理论基础、结构与测量,形成机制及其影响等方面对现有研究成果进行了系统总结,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。Based on reviewing on lots of literatures of followers＇ dependency at home and abroad,this paper studied on the following aspects of followers＇ dependency,including research origin and connotation of the concept,theoretical foundation,structure and measurement of formation mechanism,the influence mechanism,etc.. In the end,it put forward the future research.
