摘　　要：引入关系质量为中介变量,以188家物流用户企业为样本,构建服务质量、关系质量与物流外包绩效的理论模型。研究发现:第三方物流服务质量对物流外包绩效的直接作用不显著,以关系质量为中介变量产生间接正向影响。Based on the samples of 188 logistics user enterprises,this paper introduces the relationship quality as the intermediary variables to build the theory model between service quality,relationship quality and logistics outsourcing performance. Results indicate that third-party logistics service quality is taking relationship quality as fully intermediate variable to impact indirectly and positively the logistics outsourcing performance,while its direct effect is not significant.
