摘　　要：基于营配调贯通成果,整合相关信息资源,建设了智能配电网故障抢修指挥平台,介绍了其功能框架,以及面向可视化、智能化、自动化、互动化的应用功能实现,并分析其应用成效。该平台的建设可极大提高故障抢修工作效率,缩短停电时间,提升客户服务水平。Based on perforation of＂Marketing-Distribution network- Dispatching＂ , the overall visual monitoring of repair resources and state , the intelligent analysis of fault and disposal methods, the automatic of disposal process, real- time interaction are realized by integrating the systems include dispatching, production, marketing, GIS, electricity data acquisition system, information resources. The function framework of fault repair and command platform and its application are introduced. It greatly improves the efficiency of fault repair work, shortens outage time, and improves customer service levels.
